Below are some examples of how we could help, but please don't be put off if you need something different. The list keeps growing. There just aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done and stress levels are rising.
Don't worry, we've all been there and it's for moments like this that Spoonful of Sugar was created. Hand over those tasks, big or small, to me and I'll look after them for you whether that's cutting out hundreds of paper pom poms, finding local hotels for guests, managing the RSVP list or dealing with the endless admin that comes with weddings. You just buy the time you need.
Trying to get a group of friends together for a weekend can take some eye-watering organisation, especially when you try to factor work and children into the equation. If your bridesmaids/best men need a little help pulling together your single-life send off, point them in my direction. We can help them add a Spoonful of Sugar to the proceedings whether that's in sourcing accommodation, activities or transport if you are going further afield.
This is probably the biggest decision you will make, both financially and emotionally, so it can be a bit daunting.
If you just need some help finding a venue in a certain area, then we can pull together a shortlist of venues that fit your brief.

It's all about the planning right? But where do you begin....all those glossy magazine weddings are all big budget affairs and their budget planning tools are all a bit generic.. it all feels very impersonal.
But it needn't be. I'll help you pull your ideas into a structure to help get your planning off to a bang.
We'll have an hour and half chat (over a coffee usually works but we can skype/facetime as well if that's more convenient) where we'll go through some key areas to help me get to know you both and your budget.
From there, I'll go away and pull together a starter pack for you including some themes/ideas I feel would fit your personalities, a budget structure to help deliver what you want for your wedding along with a timetable to help you get there
On my big day there were loads of little bits that needed co-ordinating which made the morning of the wedding a little more stressful than I wanted. That's when I needed an extra pair of hands.
Whether it's just for the morning or for the whole day, I can be on hand to make sure everything is where it needs to be & look after any last minute problems. I'll make sure everything is set up as you want it and everything runs smoothly on the day so that everyone can relax and enjoy your wonderful day.
3 weeks before your wedding, I'll meet up with you both to talk through how you want the day to run right from the moment you wake up through to the point you want me to finish. I'll make sure that we've thought about all the little, less obvious bits as well as the big elements and then build a plan for the day.
I'll be a discreet presence in the background liaising with your other suppliers to make sure everything is as you want it but also on hand for any last minute errands to help keep everything stress free - a last minute dash to pick up emergency tights... I'm all over it!
Part Day (Typically 4 hours on the day + consultation): £500
Whole Day (Typically 10 hours on the day + consultation): £1250
Within a radius of 45 miles of RG20, further afield would incur additional travel expenses at 20p per mile.
